3 March: Important Announcement

The health and safety of our MCTs and sponsors is our top priority. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the 2020 North America MCT Summit scheduled to take place on March 9th -11th in Bellevue, WA has been cancelled

We hope to reschedule this onsite event soon, dates and location to be determined. In the meantime, we are considering hosting an online MCT Summit series.

In the next few days, we will have a process in place to issue refunds and will communicate options at that time.

An event cancellation letter is being provided by Microsoft. Once available, we will distribute this letter to you.

As the in-person aspect of the event is no longer occurring, all hotel reservations associated with the Embassy Suites hotel room block have been cancelled. We recommend you contact the hotel to confirm this, so that you are no longer financially responsible.

Please contact your airline to arrange a refund for your flight. Many airlines have already announced that they are waiving change and cancellation fees. If your airline is not on the list, consider checking with the credit card that you used to pay for the flight. Many offer trip cancellations insurance as part of card holder benefits.

Thank you for your continued support and patience.
