Do you need a Visa  to enter the United States and join us at the summit?  We can help.

We can provide you with a Visa invitation letter that you can submit to your closest United States embassy or consulate.


You must register for the summit before we can process any Visa letter requests.

If your Visa is not approved, we will refund your summit registration fee.

You must supply all of the information required before we create the invitation letter. See the list below for required information.


The information that we collect is used specifically and exclusively to create your Visa invitation letter.

We do not share, sell, or use this information for any other purpose.

What information is needed?

We need the following information to process your Visa invitation letter:

  • The full name and address for the United States embassy or consulate where you will apply for the Visa
  • Full name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Place of birth (city and country/region)
  • Country/region of citizenship
  • Full home address including street address, city, and country/region
  • Home telephone number
  • Mobile telephone number
  • Passport number
  • Passport issue date
  • Passport expiration date
  • Employer name and address
  • Employer telephone number
  • Email address
  • Planned date to arrive in the United States
  • Planned date to depart the United States

Refund Policy

Please note: We can only refund your registration up to 30 days before the event starts. After that point, we cannot offer refunds.

If you have registered but are unable to obtain a visa, please let us know early enough so that we can refund your registration.
